      Excel Add-in Fails to launch Form - Cannot run Macro

      Usually, either Macros are not enabled or try toggling the New Constructs add in

      The error you describe is usually an Excel error that can be resolved by following the steps below: 
      1. Go to the Developer tab in Excel
      2. Click Excel Add-Ins
      3. Deselect "New Constructs Addin V1.1"
      4. Click OK
      5. Click Excel Add-Ins again
      6. Reselect "New Constructs Addin V1.1"
      7. Click OK
      8. Retry Launch Form
       
      It could also be an issue with macros not being enabled. That can be resolved by these steps:
      1. Excel Menu -> Preferences -> Security
      2. Select either Disable all macros with notifications or Enable all macros
      3. Close and re-open the excel workbook, making sure to click Enable macros if prompted
